DESIGN PROJECT

For the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend in indianapolis, I undertook a design project with a focus on creating graphics and apparel inspired by retro NBA design principles featuring assets from the NBA’s past.

MIDWEST KID’s BLUE COLLAR MENTALITY In addition to the idea that the midwest tends to be overlooked when compared to larger sports markets was a constant during the process.

The overall goal was to evoke nostalgia while celebrating the rich visual history of the NBA through thr midwest team’s lenses, while appealing to basketball fans, design enthusiasts, and streetwear fans alike.
